My name is Jan and I would like to welcome you to my online space
My journey with painting started in 2008 with a small canvas, few simple brushes and a basic set of oil paints. That triggered my passion for visual art. Like many I always sketched, colored or painted as a child, however there came a moment when certain styles and subjects drew my special attention, and if I was to describe it in two words it would be "oil landscapes"
I like working with many mediums such as pencils, charcoal, watercolors, pastels and acrylic paints but my favorite is oil paint
I love painting land/waterscapes. To me, there is something special and unique about God's Creation and I enjoy every moment of it: from the time I take photographs of the subjects to the final brush strokes on my canvas
I was born in a beautiful town of Piotrkow Trybunalski, Poland and moved to much larger:) beautiful Melbourne, Australia in 2005 in where I reside until now
